Show Background:

Exploring different paths to pursue my career lead me to be a successful engineer and more of a problem solver through technology. The journey till now had not been that easy, a lot of questions always used to pop up in my head, some of them got answered gradually and gave pathways to explore more, while some of them are opening up as I am moving forward in life.

When I look back to KEC (the engineering college from where I graduated) and beyond that, I introspected that this is not just me, but every aspirant has a different query set in their minds. Some people find settlement in the unanswered ones, while some wander to get them answered.

What is the show about?

“PK from KEC” is my vision to communicate more with those minds wandering to find their answers, to interact more, and try to give them an answer, a hope, an opportunity to leverage whatever experience and the network, I have. It’s not only me, but I have a strong network of successful people from the IT industry, alumni from KEC, my colleagues. I do have the access to a vast knowledge and experience base, and I wish to be a facilitator for those aspirants, helping them to find all their answers and shine with bright colors. It would be collective learning and growth altogether.

How is it going to happen?

As the world is going digital, I am aligned more towards connecting virtually and covering as much as stories possible. What I could think the best is through a talk show. To make it happen, every Thursday around 4:30 pm, I will be connecting through the talk-show and will be taking questions from students in the college (initially). Their answers would be given by appropriate experience holders in my network. The only thing you guys need to do is, bring your questions and thoughts to the table. Questions can be raised from the audience during the show itself, or you can email them to (pk@coloredcow.com), let’s say the day before the show, and I would be addressing them publicly or anonymously (as you would wish in the mail). Moreover, for the specific queries, there would be several speakers across the industry to answer them. The first five questions of the week would be taken first

You can ask anything!

Here goes, what the questions would be? I say, it can be anything related to for example:

  1. Career
  2. Programming
  3. Technology
  4. Business
  5. Academics
  6. Life lessons
  7. and many more…

All you need to do is bring them out of your head and give them a shot to be discussed.
